1. Products and Services
- Water machine purchase
- Water machine rental (subscription-based service)
2. Rental Agreement
- The company retains ownership of rented equipment.
- Customer pays initial fee and monthly rental.
- Rental continues until cancelled according to cancellation terms.
- Customer must return equipment upon termination.
- Customer is responsible for misuse or damage.
3. Subscription and Billing
- Subscription payments are automatically charged monthly.
- Billing is processed through Billwerk.
- Failed payments may result in service suspension.
4. Pricing and Payment
Payments are processed via QuickPay and Billwerk. Prices are shown in EUR.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping handled by GLS.
- Delivery times are estimates.
- Risk transfers upon delivery unless otherwise required by law.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Customers have a 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases unless the product has been used or installed.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Refunds are processed after inspection.
8. Warranty
Products are covered by statutory warranty rights.
9. Limitation of Liability
The company is not liable for indirect damages, misuse of products, or service interruptions beyond reasonable control.
10. Termination
We may terminate services in case of non-payment or breach of terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
